Når borgeren skal have lavet pas, kørekort eller legitimationskort, vil borgeren på kommunens hjemmeside finde link til at starte ansøgningen.

Hjemmefra kan brugeren udfylde sin ansøgning, reservere gebyrbeløbet og booke en tid hos Borgerservice.

Før borgerens aftale hos Borgerservice modtager borgeren en SMS-påmindelse.

Alle informationer fra borgeren overføres til Borgerservice via vores IT-system.

When the citizen needs a new passport, driver's licence or ID, the citizen will find a link to start the application on the municipality's website.

Before the citizen's appointment at the Civil Service office, the citizen will receive an SMS reminder.

Ekspedition

Hvis Borgerservice bruger aftale- og nummersystemet FrontDesk eller lignende, bliver borgeren registreret ved ankomsten til Borgerservice, og borgeren kan se sin plads i køen.

Samtidig kan borgeren lette ekspeditionen ved at tage et billede ved hjælp af vores selfiestation, som automatisk vedhæftes borgerens ansøgning.

Borgeren kaldes frem fra kø-visningen i vores IT-system, og samtidig starter sagsbehandlingen, idet borgerens information automatisk hentes ind i ansøgningen.

Medarbejderen kan hjælpe borgeren med at tage billede, afgive fingeraftryk og underskrift.

Det foregår på en måde, der er intuitiv for borgeren. Eksempelvis viser biometristationens skærm hvilken hånd og finger, man skal lægge på for at afgive fingeraftryk.

Når ansøgningen er klar, overføres den automatisk til producenten via politiets gateway, mens kørekort og Ilegitimationskort kan udskrives fra systemet og sendes til producenten.

Service

If the Civil Service office uses the appointment and number system FrontDesk or a similar system, the citizen is registered upon arrival at the Civil Service office and is able to see his or her place in the queue.

At the same time, the citizen can facilitate the service by taking a picture – by means of our selfie station – which will automatically be attached to the citizen's application.

The citizen is called up from our queue viewer in our IT system, and at the same time the proceedings are initiated, as the citizen's information is automatically loaded into the application.

The employee can help citizens take their picture, provide fingerprints and signature – all conducted in a way that is intuitive for the citizen. For example, the screen on the biometric station indicates which hand and finger to place when providing fingerprints.

When the application is ready, it is automatically transferred to the manufacturer via the police gateway, while driver's licences and IDs can be printed from the system and sent to the manufacturer.

Hvis borgeren ønsker at afhente pas eller kørekort i Borgerservice, scanner en medarbejder identitetsdokumenterne, når de ankommer fra producenten. Samtidig sender systemet en SMS til borgeren.

Hvis kommunen har valgt at anskaffe vores Dokumentboks, kan udlevering ske med tidsbesparelse for både borger og kommune.
