Selvbetjening
Når borgeren skal have lavet pas, vil han på kommunens hjemmeside finde link til at starte ansøgningen.
Hjemmefra kan borgeren udfylde sin ansøgning, reservere gebyrbeløbet og booke en tid til fjernbetjent Borgerservice.
Et passende tidsrum før borgerens aftale hos Borgerservice modtager han en SMS-påmindelse.
Alle informationer fra borgeren overføres krypteret til Borgerservice via vores IT-system.

Self-service
When the citizen needs a new passport, he will find a link to start the application on the municipality's website.
The citizen can fill out an application from home, reserve the fee for the application and book an appointment for the remote controlled Civil Service.
At an appropriate interval before the citizen's appointment with the Civil Service, he receives an SMS reminder.
All information from the citizen is transferred encrypted into the Civil Service via our IT system.

Ekspedition
Når borgeren har identificeret sig via CPR-nummer eller scanning af sygesikringskort, vil borgerens indtastede data og baggrundsdata bliver hentet via vores IT-system. Borgerservice-medarbejderen skal blot hjælpe borgeren med at indsamle de biometriske informationer, som skal bruges til ansøgningen.
Vores biometristation og fjernbetjeningsstation kombineret med overvågning betyder, at medarbejderen via videochat kan hjælpe borgeren med at få taget billede, fingeraftryk og underskrift. Det foregår på en måde, der er intuitiv for borgeren. Eksempelvis viser biometristationens skærm hvilken hånd og finger, man skal lægge på for at afgive fingeraftryk.
Når ansøgningen er klar, overføres den automatisk til producenten via politiets gateway.

Service
When the citizen has identified himself via social security number or scanning his health insurance card, the citizen's information and background data will be downloaded via our IT system. The Civil Service employee only needs to help the citizen collect the biometric information necessary for the application.
Our biometric station and remote control station, combined with monitoring, means that the employee – via video chat – can help citizens take their picture and provide fingerprints and signature. All conducted in a way that is intuitive for the citizen. For example, the screen on the biometric station indicates which hand and finger to place when providing fingerprints.
When the application is ready, it is automatically transferred to the manufacturer via the police gateway.

Afhentning
Borgeren skal afhente passet i Borgerservice. Borgeren adviseres automatisk via SMS, når borgerservicemedarbejderen scanner stregkoden på pas modtaget fra producenten.

Pickup
The citizen must pick up the passport at the Civil Service office. The citizen is automatically notified via SMS when the Civil Service employee scans the bar code of the passport received from the manufacturer.
